Pastor Jack Swanson serves as Associate Pastor and Deacon Board Secretary. Pastor Swanson has served at Light the Way Church since the fall of 1994. He is married to his wife Donna and have two married daughters and five grandchildren. Pastor Jack and Donna teach the Senior Teen Foundations (grades 9-10) on Sunday mornings and the Purity Class in the Spring.
